Power markets are quieting down a bit following a cold winter that saw multiple periods of extreme cold that led to higher natural gas fuel input costs and elevated power loads. As temperatures moderate across the U.S., peak power loads are trending lower toward their seasonal minimums with Day-Ahead and Real-Time electricity pricing fairly subdued.
